To get to the Black Rock Campground from Yucca Valley, take Hwy 62 to Joshua Lane and head south. (Hwy 247 becomes Joshua Lane as it crosses Hwy 62). Follow the signs to the campground.  Black Rock Campground has 100 campsites, Ranger Station, Visitor Center, running water, and flush toilets. There is a $10 fee for camping here. Many ranger programs are conducted at the Visitor Center at various times of the year. Check with Park Rangers Park Programs for the current dates and times.
